During 2007, I completed my Master’s of Science in Holistic Nutrition and am now in the final stages of completing my Ph.D. with Clayton College. At the same time I studied with Aesclepion’s Spiritual OTO training in Northern California. This combination is useful for my practice as it addresses a complete circle for body & soul nutrition. In September, I was the spokesperson and speaker at the Natural Products Expo East in Baltimore with a new product line called “Youthful Effects” from Sante Active. The year was filled with various radio shows: KPFK “Innervision” with Dr. Nita Vallens (LA), Hennigan & White (NYC), and Dr. Jane Greer (healthynet.com), along with magazine interviews. You will be seeing my guidance in the 2008 March issue of Shape and in a spring issue of Better Nutrition. During Dec, I was invited to Clayton College in Birmingham, Alabama to meet and get to know the faculty and staff. In the meantime there’s much more cooking, studies, writing, and clients to inspire with vibrant living.
