Super 8 Veggie Juice Cocktail

5-6 stalks Celery
1 Cucumber
1/2 bunch Parsley (Regular, Italian, or Cilantro)
1/2 bunch Spinach
1 stalk Broccoli
1-2 Beets
1 Red or Yellow Pepper
3-4 Carrots

This makes a great tasting juice, plus it packs in some vital nutrients. This combination is one of my personal favorites. You can also add ginger, garlic and an apple to make it sweeter.
