Veggie Wrap (A Healthy Sandwich)

1 Sheet of Dried Kelp (can use whole wheat, corn or spelt tortilla)
1 Handful of Broccoli Sprouts
1 Handful or Alfalfa or Clover Sprouts
2T Humous or Eggplant Tahini
1/4 Cup of Grated Carrots
1/4 Cup of Shredded Beets

Spread humous or eggplant tahini on dried kelp or tortilla. Layer the grated carrots, shredded beets and sprouts. Roll up, eat and enjoy. Serve with fresh vegetable juice for an energetic lunch or snack. Can also serve with a side of taboulli and cucumbers in yogurt.
