An initial consultation consists of a holistic health program and diet plan designed specifically for you, along with a personal health analysis. Sally takes into account your goals, lifestyle, and history. Tracking is important in order discover the root cause of problems so that you can implement changes. Iridology and kinesiology are applied to determine strengths and weaknesses. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening your digestive system, your immune system, and increasing your vital energy. To heal or build a system, you need to get nutrients and energy or flow to the specific area that needs strengthening and to eliminate the foods, additives, and outside factors that may be contributing to health problems. Sally's personalized program takes into account the total you, giving you the tools to play an active role in creating vibrant health. Herbs, vitamins, and other therapies will be suggested in conjunction with your new holistic health plan.
Follow-up Evaluations
As you embark upon the natural healing process, you will notice a new awareness of what is good for your body. By avoiding improper foods and feeding your body with nutrients that nurture and support your entire body, you will take the first steps towards revitalized, vibrant health. After changing your diet, adjustments will occur, nutrients begin to absorb and old waste eliminates. You will start your new program, build energy and then plateau. This is the time to have a follow-up appointment. For some this will occur monthly, for others it will be every 3 to 4 months. During a follow-up session, you will continue to build and strengthen with various foods and supplements according to your personal needs. The iris is monitored for signs of change. Your new program is modified to suit you and your current goals.
Telephone Consultations
This is the same as an in person session without the Iridology and Kinesiology. Many clients who do not live within the Los Angeles or New York areas have telephone consultations with Sally. The same care is applied to you!

Iridology
Iridology is a master science. It is a thumbprint of the condition of your body reflected in the patterns of the iris. The iris has points that correlate to specific organs and systems within the body. The pattern of each point in the iris reflects the condition of a particular body part. These patterns develop from birth and are affected by your lifestyle and diet. An iridology reading can uncover organs in need of repair and reveal organs that are in the process of healing. It also displays the body's ability to handle stress and absorb nutrients. An iridology analysis does not name disease. It is however, a wonderful tool for determining deficiencies and for health prevention.
